For Argentina’s Telefe Yulimar Rojas Is Latin America’s Best Athlete

Yulimar Rojas, 21, became this season the youngest triple jump gold medalist in World Championships, after winning two-time world champion, Colombian Caterine Ibargüen, in London.

Rojas was chosen the Best Female Athlete in 2017 in America by the Association of National Olympic Committees.

Wheelchair tennis player Gustavo Fernandez was first in the individual adaptive tennis world ranking in July 2017.
